Hi, I'm Josine van Asch van Wijck. I am a coach and trainer with a keen interest in how we can use neuroscience-based insights and creativity to free us from the subconscious limiting beliefs that keep us stuck.

By integrating these resources, I’ve developed my own powerful neuroscience-based coaching approach to help clients perform beyond their perceived emotional blocks and to become inspired and creative leaders to benefit both their personal and their professional lives.
One of the tools I use is Wingwave®: a scientifically researched, advanced neuro-linguistic coaching technique that uses basic elements of EMDR and a myostatic test. This technique is extremely effective at helping clients gain access to embodied stresses and anxieties, and removing the emotional load that holds them back in their personal development.
I firmly believe that we all need to access our innate creative personal leader within. You have it too. There are many different times in life where you need to take ownership of your path and the story you want to tell. Whether you’ve burned out or bored out, or are done hiding yourself, my passion is getting you out of your rut and helping you solve the questions that still need answering and expressing yourself in a way that is meaningful to you.

Easy Neuroweight® makes life lighter by helping clients who feel too heavy lose weight naturally. This program is not a diet, instead we work towards identifying how our thinking and neurobiology are much more influential on losing weight succesfully then willpower or discipline will ever be. Sessions focus on unconscious motives for overeating, and reshaping our self-image.

Are you a licensed coach, therapist, trainer or health care professional? Wingwave® is an extremely useful method to add to your toolbox of professional skils. It is a short-term intervention that helps your clients overcome mental and emotional blocks and limiting beliefs. Anyone wishing to amplify the performance of their clients can use it. It combines basic elements of bilateral hemisphere stimulation (similar to how activating Rapid Eye Movement is used in EMDR), with elements of neuro-coaching/NLP and a myostatic test. Nothing woo-woo about it, it's efficacy has been validated by scientific research.
As of August 2018 the coach-training has been ISO certified internationally, and the corresponding wingwave®-quality circle has been verified by the Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) and certified by ISO 29993.
